This is a very flexible trip where you may choose to follow one of our execs tour or simply go off with your friends to explore Manhattan. Since we will be staying in a hotel in New Jersey, there will be a regular shuttle service from the hotel to Manhattan and vice versa. Saturday, March 2nd
Departure from Montreal at 5:30 AM in the morning!
Lunch break around 11:30 AM (Restaurant TBD)
Check into the hotel at 3:00 PM (Hotel in New Jersey 15 minutes away from NYC)
Regular shuttle service from New Jersey to Manhattan
After check-in, you may catch the shuttle to Manhattan and explore on your own

You’ve provided feedback last year, and we listened! This year’s hotel is ONLY 15 MINUTES AWAY from central New York, and a regular shuttle service will be running until 11:00 PM! We are also providing MORE TIME FOR SHOPPING on the 3rd day! This year we will be staying at the Executive Days Inn located 15 minutes away from Manhattan. All rooms provided by the hotel for our members will be EXECUTIVE DOUBLE ROOMS: newly renovated rooms with fridge, microwave, irons & ironing boards, flat screen TV and granite foyer. The price includes transportation from New York and back to Montreal, as well as 2 nights in a hotel nearby NYC.

Meetup time is at 5:00AM – Departure will be at 5:30AM SHARP

How far is the hotel?
The hotel is 15 minutes away by bus or shuttle to Manhattan.
How frequent is there a bus or a shuttle?
The bus and shuttle will do trips from the hotel and to NYC, and vice-versa.
Shuttle Service TO New York City departs at 7:45am, 9:15am, 10:30am, 11:45am, 1:00pm, 3:30pm, 7:15pm, 8:30pm & 9:30pm. The shuttle drops off at 41st Street and 7th Avenue, across from Hotel 41.
Shuttle service FROM New York City departs at 10:30am, 11:30am, 2:00pm, 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm and 11:00pm from 41st Street.

Will we have time to shop? Will there be a tour of the city?
You will get to choose whether to roam around the city freely to shop the entire weekend. If you prefer to have a tour of the city, our execs will organize one on the 2nd day.
How much can I spend over the border?
You can bring in a MAXIMUM OF $800 CAD worth of goods free of duty and tax.

What kind of travel documentation do I require for this trip?
